Bus Services to Glencoe, Kinlochleven, Kentallon, Duror and Appin

Travelling by bus or coach to the Glencoe area is quite straight forward but does require some thought.

The main bus operator in Scotland is Scottish City Link bus operators. In Fort William and surrounding area, the Fort Link service, which is great for getting around, is operated by Stagecoach Buses. Whilst it is easy to get to Glenocoe and other villages nearby, the area is very rural and may require some walking, so you should check with your accommodation exactly how far they are from where the bus will drop you off.

City Link operate coach bus services through Scotland and have a regular service to Fort William which also links to and from Inverness Oban and the Isle of Skye. The City Link coach service to Fort William and Skye stops at GLA airport in the afternoons

There is a bus to Glencoe, Fort William and Skye from Glasgow Airport which leaves in the afternoon and is a good connection when flying into Glasgow first.
