Duror Village on the way to Castle Stalker
Duror lies on the road to Oban - the A828. This small community has a hotel, a shop, some B & Bs and self catering properties. There's a nice stony beach not far from the road and this is a good place to picnic and enjoy the views.
Duror is an historical area with a strong association with the Stewart's of Appin.
On the south-west boundery of Lochaber Duror is a good place for a quiet hoiiday and well positioned for touring both Lochaber and north Argyll.
