The west Highlands of Scotland produces some of the best sea-food in the world - that's a fact. Several specialist local businesses catch fish, farm fish and sell fish. We hear that Lochleven Seafood Cafe on the shore of Loch Leven has a great reputation for their seafood dishes; The Airds Hotel in Port Appin always have fresh seafood on their gourmet menu - they are a Relais & Chateaux restaurant - head chef Paul J Burns and his staff aim to please 100%.
